If the order has already been packed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. A 30% cancellation fee (based on the total amount of order) will be applied for any order cancellation after receipt of payment.

Defective products or products damaged in shipping must be returned within 30 days upon receipt of purchase. secBo will not accept any returned item for exchange, replacement or store credit after that period.
